Bruce Loveless is a highly experienced real estate professional, licensed since 1986, with decades of expertise in construction-related real estate and home renovation. A lifelong Midlands resident, Bruce grew up in Forest Acres and now resides in Chapin in the home he built in 1979, where he raised his family.
Throughout his career, Bruce has developed a strong reputation for his hands-on knowledge of home construction, remodeling, and property value. His hands-on experience gives clients a unique advantage when buying, selling, or investing.
Deeply rooted in the community, Bruce is a respected leader who served for 20 years as a Commissioner with the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission. He has also been an elder at his church, chaired the finance committee, and currently serves on the building committee.
Bruce is also the President and Founder of the Palmetto Foundation for Prevention and Recovery, which he established in memory of his son.
