Mary Grace Loveless
A South Carolina native, Mary Grace Loveless was born and raised in Chapin and has called Columbia home since 2012. She proudly serves clients throughout the Midlands, offering a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every transaction. As a dedicated real estate professional, she brings a strong background in client relations and community engagement, guiding buyers and sellers with integrity, attention to detail, and personalized service.

In addition to her real estate work, Mary Grace serves as the Executive Director of the Palmetto Foundation for Prevention and Recovery, where she leads efforts focused on prevention, education, and community impact in memory of her brother. Through this work, she remains deeply committed to serving and strengthening the communities she calls home.
Mary Grace is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Master of Public Health.
